Mark Stabile is the CEO of TEAM of Care Solutions and specializes in helping provider organizations succeed and grow through participation in value-based care programs. Mark has a passion for delivering outsized results by identifying the decisive points for performance and implementing systematic change.

TEAM of Care is a web-based workflow management system used by medical practices, health systems, and Accountable Care Organizations to optimize performance in a wide array of value-based care contracts.  Customers have achieved over $150MM in savings to the healthcare system using TEAM of Care's software to manage risk-adjustment, quality metrics, and care coordination.  

Prior to TEAM of Care, Mark built and led two consulting companies. Value Catalyst established processes and technology systems to grow and scale investor-backed provider organizations and healthcare services companies, including scaling a business that sold to Optum for nearly $2 Billion. Greencastle Consulting implemented large-scale, critical initiatives for hospitals and health systems, including transformational health IT programs and merger integration.

Mark began his career as an officer in the United States Army and served in numerous command positions as an Airborne Ranger. Mark graduated from the United States Military Academy with a B.S. in Economics, earned a J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law, and later received a Master of Public Health in Health Services Management from Columbia University. Mark is a member of the New Jersey Bar, Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society, American College of Healthcare Executives, Association for Corporate Growth, and American Health Lawyers Association.
