With almost 30 years of C-suite experience as a medical professional liability insurance executive, Henry Kane is one of the most recognized and trusted names in the industry. As a founding partner at Acadia Professional, Mr. Kane’s deep knowledge and experience in insuring large, multistate private equity-baked practices has positioned Acadia as the nation’s leading medical malpractice insurance brokerage, representing every major malpractice carrier in the nation.

Prior to founding Acadia, Mr. Kane served as Executive Vice President and Northeast Regional Director of Healthcare Liability at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG) where he managed the largest portfolio of physician medical malpractice insurance in the country.

Mr. Kane has built two very successful medical malpractice insurance operations, the second of which he sold to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., and a healthcare technology company. As an investor, mentor and advisor, Mr. Kane is involved with multiple startups in the medical space.

Mr. Kane is a graduate of Lehigh University. He is currently a member of the New Jersey State Health Planning Board. He is a past member of the NJ State Youth Correctional Facilities Board of Trustees, the Board of Trustees of the Raritan Valley Community College, the United Way of Somerset County and Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church.
